About Veteran Home Inspections, LLC

Dave Gray: Owner, Inspector, General Contractor, Home Builder

Dave Gray, the owner of Veteran Home Inspections, LLC is an Army combat veteran, and has been in the construction industry for over 15 years.  Dave's construction experience includes 10 years as a construction manager for large homebuilders, 10 years as a licensed general contractor, and 5 years as a custom home builder.  All that experience sets Dave apart from most home inspectors - more than just home inspector training, his experience in actually building hundreds of homes means he knows what to look for to ensure a home is safe and comfortable.  His extensive understanding of home construction and systems allows Dave to look for and find more potential problems than many home inspectors without construction backgrounds.  He will inspect your home (new or old) as if he was building it himself.

Why Choose Veteran Home Inspections

Whether you are a first time homeowner, or have owned multiple homes, you can rely on the experience and knowledge of Veteran Home Inspections to thoroughly evaluate the condition of your home, and ensure that you are aware of any issue or problem, large or small.  You can trust us to provide a fair and detailed inspection so you know you can continue the process with confidence.  You don't have to be a construction expert, we are.  Serving Colorado Springs and the Colorado Front Range area

Veteran Home Inspections' Role

Our role in any real estate transaction is to perform a detailed inspection inside and out, from foundation to roof, of any home you are considering.  After the inspection you will receive a detailed report that not only informs you about the condition of the home, but also provides recommendations on any issues that are found.  As a buyer, you can then use that inspection report for your inspection objection to the purchase, allowing you to request that the seller fix critical items before you complete the purchase.  It will also provide you with the knowledge to make an informed decision about completing the purchase, or adjusting your offer price.  Lastly, you can move in with the confidence of knowing that your home is safe and sound for you and your family.
